Description of the Alerting rules
- (NEWPAYMENTINCIDENT) Notification is sent if new negative information is declared by other institutions.
- (ALLTOTAL) Sum of amounts borrowed over total commitments > = Amount – for this rule to work, the amount must be configured. Once the new contract has been opened, the total amount of all loans is compared with the amount set up by the Institution. If the limit is exceeded with the new contract declared by another institution, a notification is sent immediately.
- (ALLPASTDUE) Total unpaid amounts on total contracts: An alert notification is sent when the initially configured threshold is exceeded.
- (INSTALLMENT) New contract with due date notification is sent once another establishment declares a new contract with Contract type = contract with due date.
- (NONINSTALMENT) New contract with no expiry – notification is sent once another institution declares a new contract with Contract Type = Contract with no expiry.
- (REVOLVING) New contract declared – notification is sent once another institution declares a new contract with Contract Type = Revolving credit.
- (TOTAL) Contract with total amount >= Amount has been carried forward – for this rule, the limit must be configured. When a contract whose amount exceeds the limit is declared by another institution, a notification is sent.
- (SUBJECTINFO) Change of contact details – notification is sent when certain changes of name (first name, last name, full name) or contact details (main address, contacts) are reported by another establishment.
- (NUMPASTDUE) Number of outstanding payments > = Number – notification is sent when the number of outstanding payments exceeds the defined limit.
- (OPENED) Total number of open contracts >= Number – notification is sent when the total number of open contracts exceeds the limit. The subscriber will be notified if the last contract after which the limit is exceeded has been reported by another institution.
- (PASTDUE) Total amount of outstanding payments >= Amount – notification is sent when the total amount of outstanding payments exceeds the defined limit.
- (INQUIRY) A query has been made on your customer – the rule operates when a new consultation has been made by another institution. The notification will not be sent if it is made by a user from the same institution as the one monitoring the subject.
- (MAINADRESS) Change of address – the notification is sent when there is a change of address of the registered office following a declaration by another establishment.
- (RISKGRADE) The rating risk class (A1, A2, etc.) has been changed – the notification is sent only if the risk class is changed.
